These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and fb003 ("fb003," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the fb003 online gaming platform available at fb003.net and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on fb003, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

To register and use the fb003 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Under Philippine law and applicable online gaming regulations, casino-style gambling is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. fb003 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of fb003, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the fb003 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the fb003 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. fb003 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify fb003 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

fb003 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

fb003 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved Philippine payment channels, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50, subject to change at fb003's discretion with prior notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• fb003 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• fb003 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the fb003 account.
• fb003 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• fb003 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

fb003 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cash back deals, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• fb003 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a player's account.
• Players who attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements.
• fb003 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for any particular bonus or promotion.

All games available on the fb003 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All game outcomes on fb003 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions.
• fb003 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average and do not guarantee individual session results.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, fb003 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. fb003 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. All confirmed wagers are final.
• fb003 reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably determines was placed in error, as a result of a software bug, or in exploitation of a system vulnerability.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb003 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, algorithm, or security system used by fb003.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fb003 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed.

fb003 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and information they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

fb003 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be permitted to register a new account.

All content on the fb003 Platform — including but not limited to the fb003 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of fb003 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from fb003.
• Use the fb003 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorized use of fb003's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by fb003.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb003 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or system errors.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access, hacking, or other security incidents beyond fb003's reasonable control.
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information, content, or game outcome displayed on the Platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your violation of these Terms.

fb003's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb003 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fb003 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by fb003, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.

fb003 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to fb003.

Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting fb003 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations already incurred under these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and fb003 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

fb003 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fb003 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
